NORTH MANCHESTER – Joan Eileen Rupley Shepherd died Sept. 26, 2025, at the Timbercrest Healthcare Center in North Manchester.
She was born Oct. 22, 1932, in Huntington County, to George and Blanche Morford Rupley. She married John “Jack” Shepherd on March 2, 1951; he survives.
Family and friends may call Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025, from 1 to 5 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. A graveside service will be Sunday, Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating at Fairview Cemetery, Servia.
The family of Joan Shepherd has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
