Jeri Pruitt, Warsaw, died Sept. 10, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.
She was born Oct. 7, 1973, to Jerry Baggs and Donna Loubert in Lansing, Mich. She married Osta Pruitt on May 18, 1996.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during her Life Celebration Visitation on Sept. 19 from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by a funeral service starting at noon at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St., Warsaw. Burial will follow to Oakwood Cemetery.
Donations may be given to Titus Funeral Home to help assist the family with funeral related expenses.
