Jennifer L. Garcia Perez, 41, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, died at 9:28 a.m. Aug. 7, 2009, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Jan. 7, 1968, in California. She married David Perez, who survives.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Father Phil Devolder officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
