James W. Perkins, 52, of Mentone, died at 5:07 p.m. March 7, 2012, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born June 15, 1959, in Warsaw, to Norman Lester and Manilla Faye Robertson Perkins.
He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County and had worked for the City of Warsaw Street Department for 20 years.
Surviving are three children, Tina (and spouse Michael) Music and Terry Robertson, all of Warsaw, and Timothy Perkins (and fiance Allyson Orr), Mentone; and two granddaughters.
Services and burial will be at a later date.
