ISP Arrests Warsaw Man On Child Porn Charge

A Warsaw man was arrested Tuesday for possession of child pornography?and marijuana, according to a news release from the Indiana State Police.
Bart Holle, 57, of 595 Alward St., Warsaw, was charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of marijuana.
Indiana Crimes Against?Children trooper Gretchen Smith received information from a cellphone store that Holle had attempted to have pornographic images transferred to a new phone.
Troopers located Holle at his job in Nappanee and he was taken back to his home in Warsaw, where he was later placed under arrest, The release states. Officers obtained a search warrant for Holle’s home and cellular phone; they found marijuana and discovered more than 1,000 illegal images of children.
Holle is being held in the Kosciusko?County Jail on a $5,250 bond, facing several felony and misdemeanor charges, the release said.
Smith added, “The sharing of information in cases like this is both a necessity and crucial in the fight for our children.”
