Serenity Rae Ann Frush, newborn daughter of Tara Frush, of 2665 E. Brookfield Circle, Warsaw, died at 12:43 a.m. Jan. 13, 2008, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Jan. 13, 2008.
Also surviving are grandparents, Mike and Pam Frush, Warsaw; great-grandparents, Howard and Joan Hart, Rochester; two brothers, Landon and Barre, both of Warsaw; and a sister, Madison, Warsaw.
No services or burial are planned.
