It happened around 9:30 p.m. on Ind. 15 in Leesburg. He was on his way to work, saw this dark-colored van sitting there at the liquor store on the west side of the road, and as he got closer, the van pulled right out and hit my husband's car on the back left side. As my husband was pulling over to get off the road, the other driver decided to run.
The other vehicle is a dark-colored full-size van. The damage to this van would be the right side headlight/bumper area, that is all we have to go on.

To the person who hit my husband, shame on you! I suppose you were either drunk or you have no insurance, so you ran, how pathetic. Take responsibility for your actions!
The only good thing about this whole mess, is that my husband wasn't hurt.
