We live near the county line east on Old Road 30. On Saturday our 10-year-old black with white border collie disappeared or was taken. We were told that a few days ago the neighbors’ German shepherd was taken by a car going by and grabbing it. The dog should answer to the name Diego.
Our dog is 10 years old and is currently blind due to diabetes and also has an enlarged heart. He is on insulin and three other medicines twice a day.
He was let out around 6 a.m. to go do his duty. We have called and searched everywhere around and found nothing.
He is a big part of our family. If you find him or know where he is, please let us know by contacting the Times-Union.
