Helen M. Rassi

MILFORD- Helen M. Rassi, 93, of Milford, died June 21, 2012, in Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born Sept. 15, 1918, in Warsaw, to Walter and Eva Mortimore Kehler. She married Robert Rassi in 1941, who preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 2002. She was a graduate of Leesburg High School and was a member of Milford First Brethren Church where she served in many areas and the WMS Society and was a volunteer at Goshen Hospital for several years. Surviving are four children: Barrie (and spouse Judy) Rassi, Peru, Carol (and spouse Harout) Kouyoumdjian, Columbia City, Beverly (and spouse Jerry) Leiter, Milford and John (and spouse Diane) Rassi, Syracuse; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert and an infant brother, Richard. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford, with Pastor Larry Stafford officiating. Burial will follow in Milford Cemetery.
