ROCHESTER – Harry Ginther Jr., 91, Rochester, died at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 12, 2013, at his residence. He was born Sept. 26, 1922, in Rochester, to Harry and Effie Slaybaugh Ginther. He was married to Betty, who survives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester. Burial will follow in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Military graveside rites will be accorded by the Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honors Team.
