I came to Warsaw to teach and coach in 1976. One of the first people I met was Rocky Goshert. He and some other recent graduates would come in and play in open gym. Right away I was impressed with what an excellent competitor he was.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to observe him in a variety of roles. No matter what the role was — police officer, coach, county sheriff or just as a member of our community — Rocky always did a great job at whatever it was.
Rocky is hardworking, honest and committed to excellence. Rocky combines a lot of talent with a great attitude, and becomes very skilled at whatever he is doing.
We have a great community here in Kosciusko County. Rocky has made major contributions to it. That is why he will have my vote in the upcoming primary. I encourage you to vote for him as well!
