Editor, Times-Union: I am writing in concerns of global warming. Global warming is putting plants, animals, birds and fish in danger. Animals are becoming more and closer to extinction due to global warming. A good way to prevent global warming is to recycle. All the semis, factories, cars, even trash is causing global warming.
Hey, I’m Cameron Green and I go to WCHS; I’m 16; I’m a sophomore, and I am against global warming for the reason it’s killing our world, animals, hurting our food and environment.
One way to stop global warming is we could stop polluting. We can use less gas, as in semis, cars, factories, etc. According to globalwarmingfacts.info, global warming is a really big problem we have to deal with nowadays, because it has the potential to change forever our lives and our planet’s environment as we know them, and this would affect the whole mankind. There are huge social, political and economic issues that will rise if we don’t do something to stop the skyrocketing of the temperatures. An average temperature climbed 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit around the world since 1880. There is a debate about who is (or are) to blame for the dangerous phenomenon: what causes global warming: cars, semis and factories. We need to do something. We as humanity need to pitch in and use less gas, CO2 emission.
Again I am Cameron Green and I am asking for everyone to pitch in and stop using so much gas, fuel, CO2 emission. We need to recycle more, to protect our environment and earth.
