SYRACUSE – Sylvia Gargett, Syracuse, was unanimously elected to the Turkey Creek Township Advisory Board Thursday night in the Syracuse Town Hall.
She was the sole candidate.
Gargett replaces Kim Cates, who was elected June 7 by caucus to the Kosciusko County Council to fill a vacancy created with the death of Robert Sanders.
