Editor, Times-Union: What has happened to free speech in America? What has happened to the land of the free and the brave? What has happened to being able to pursue your goals? What I am getting at is all the protesting and fighting going on at the Trump rallies. Let me say this, I am no big fan of Trump, but then again I am not crazy about anyone that’s running. On one side we have Trump and Cruz, and we are not sure if Cruz should be allowed to run, but we have one in the office now that may or may not be there legally. On the other side we have Clinton and Bernie – one who left Americans to die and the other a socialist, which I am bewildered how a socialist would be allowed to run for President anyhow. As nasty as it’s getting, I would about guess that these protesters at Trump’s rallies are being paid to do so by the other side or by the Republican party itself or the beloved liberals. I think the Republicans and Democrats are scared to death that Trump could win and actually get something done for this country, and it might just cut into their pork barrel projects, which would cut into their pocket change. But what I am seeing happening here in America right now, I do not like. Whenever you have one group of people enforcing their will upon others that don’t agree with them, like Obama and Obama care and the LGBT movement and the liberals, then your country is no longer a democracy but is turning toward a one-world rule and government and the most of us know what happens then, don’t we? This isn’t a pro-Trump letter, it’s a pro-American letter. We better wake up, America, and look at what’s happening here.
