BOURBON – Frederick E. Ridenour Hossler, 73, of Warsaw, passed away on July 12, 2025, at Stillwater Hospice of Fort Wayne.
Frederick was born on March 31, 1952, in Columbia City, to Fredric L. and Colleen J. Hossler Ridenour. He graduated from Triton High School in 1971. He married Rebecca Sherer, and she survives.
He worked as a graphic artist for R.R. Donnelley and Sons for 44 years until his retirement. He enjoyed vintage cars and spending time with his family.
Frederick is survived by his wife, Rebecca Hossler; his daughters: Katie (Ty) Falaja, of Houston, Texas; Cindy (Dennis) Tucker, of Warsaw; Lori (Bradley) Cone, of Atlanta, Ga.; his sisters, Carmen L. (Sheridan) Terry, of Ligonier; Margaret Allen; his grandchildren: Amara, Casey, Kyle, Meghan, Taylor, Tyler, Courtney, Cameron; and seven great-grandchildren.
Frederick was preceded in death by his parents, Fredric and Colleen Ridenour; his daughter, Pam Stahly; his sister, Michelle Souther; and his brother-in-law, Terry Allen.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 18 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, 115 S. Main St., Bourbon. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. with Pastor Kristin Harp officiating.
The burial will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.
Memorial donations may be made in Frederick’s honor to Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, 1048 S. 325 E., Pierceton, IN 46562.
