Florence “Flo” Basil Schuler, 78, Warsaw, died Friday, Nov. 14, 2025.
She was born April 19, 1947, in Chicago, to Dolores Josephine Cole Basil and Peter James Baziluk Basil. Flo married Dr. William Eliot Schuler on Oct. 1, 1977; he survives.
Flo’s life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21 at Abundant Life Assembly of God, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Anthony Green. Friends and family may visit prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. A second memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 at Faith Assembly of God, Peru, Ill., and officiated by Pastor Steve Adamson. Friends and family may visit prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
Private burial will take place Saturday, Nov. 22 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Dixon, Ill. Arrangements entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
