I would like to thank Dr. Chris Magiera for running for Congress. He touts the Constitution solution to defend our God-given rights and liberties.
Dr. Chris Magiera clearly reminded us of the three questions that should be asked about any legislation. He also reminded us of the proper order of those questions. If any answer is no, then the legislation should be voted against.
The questions in order are: 1) Is it Constitutional? 2) Can we afford it? 3) Is it needed? Going forward, it would be great if our legislators in Indianapolis and in Washington would use these questions. As voters it is important to use these questions to evaluate our legislators’ voting records.
