Esther “Adaline” Sellers, 86, Pierceton, passed away at 6:05 p.m. Jan. 9, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
She was born May 13, 1929, in Wabash, to Glen and Dollie Smith Palmer. On June 19, 1951, she was married to Leonard Devon Sellers, who survives in Warsaw.
She worked as a secretary for seven years for Beauchamp Insurance Wabash, and was a resident of Kosciusko County for past 64 years.  She was also a homemaker to her family, an incredibly loving wife, mother and she especially loved her grandchildren. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, Warsaw; loved to sew, garden and cook. One of her best attributes was that she always loved helping others, and made friends with everybody.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Michael (and spouse Dianna) Sellers, Pierceton; two daughters:  Jean (and spouse Dave) Cox, Columbus, and Patricia (and spouse Patrick) Hermsen, Madison, Wis.; six grandchildren: Laurie (and spouse Johnny) Him-Velarde, Chicago; Kelly (and spouse Joey) Nguyen, Columbus, Ohio; Michelle Holt, Madison, Wis.; Eric Sellers, Larwill; Dana (and spouse Derrick) Day, North Manchester; Calvin (and spouse Alicia) Sellers, South Whitley; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Kyle Holt; and four sisters: Kathleen Denny, Josephine Fordyce, Betty Jean Walsh and Susie Shaw.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastors Holly White and Bob Conelly officiating. Burial with a graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
