Emma Jean Meade Hurd went to be with her Lord and Savior on Aug. 25, 2025.
She was born to Sam and Ruby Meade on July 16, 1945, in Packerton. She married Arnold Gordon Hurd Sr. on Dec. 22, 1963; he died.
Titus Funeral Home of Warsaw is entrusted with the care of Emma. The viewing will be held at Harvest Community Church, Pierceton, from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Aug. 30. The funeral service will begin at noon with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating. A celebration of life dinner will be provided at the Claypool Lions Building following the graveside service at Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
