Elsie M. HowardNORTH MANCHESTER – Elsie M. Howard, 92, of Silver Lake, died at 5 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019, in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester.
She was born Oct. 25, 1926, in Mid, Ky., to Clarence and Leora Shepherd Neeley. She was married to Clayton Howard on July 1, 1946. He died Nov. 8, 2016.
She was a member of Free United Baptist Church, Sidney.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, with calling two hours prior, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester.
Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake.
