I wrote a letter endorsing Chad Miner for judge of Superior Court 3 in the spring and I am proud to endorse Chad again for the general election.
Chad has been an invaluable resource as the Kosciusko county attorney over the past six years. His analysis is always thorough, his advice is always sound and he has a world-class temperament. He looks at the law and tells it like it is and he has the ability to deal with challenging issues even when under pressure.
Chad also has a great deal of experience outside of being county attorney – including dealing with small claims and criminal matters, and filling in for Judge Sutton many times in Superior 3. Chad’s extensive knowledge of the law and substantial experience as judge pro tem in Superior 3 would enable him to serve effectively from day one.
