I wrote a letter last spring in support of Chad Miner for the primary, and I am writing again to support him in the general election for judge of Superior Court 3. This is an important office and I firmly believe that Chad is the right candidate for the job.
Chad has lived in Kosciusko County his entire life and he is in touch with our shared values of honesty, fairness and courtesy. Chad shows integrity in all of his dealings and he has good common sense. Based upon the many years that I have known Chad, I can also tell you that he is down to earth, which is an important trait for anyone who would want to serve as the judge of Superior Court 3, particularly given that this court deals with the small claims cases that are brought in the county.
