There are plenty of good candidates in the race for judge of Superior Court III, but there is one who stands well above the rest.
Chad Miner is a lifelong resident of Kosciusko County, a lifelong Republican and a dedicated community servant. He has a wealth of experience that will service him well as a judge: He’s a managing partner of Miner & Lemon, so he knows how to run an office. He has a broad range of practice areas, including civil and criminal litigation, so he’ll be knowledgeable about the issues that come before the court from day one. And he has far more experience actually presiding over Superior III as judge pro tem than any of the other candidates.
Finally, as a member of the County Council, I can attest to Chad Miner’s preparation, judgment and attention to detail. In his six years as Kosciusko County attorney, Chad Miner has guided county officials through many a tough legal issue, always with great professionalism and care.
