Vote for Karin McGrath for judge of Kosciusko Superior Court 3.
With 28 years of law enforcement experience, I have seen and worked with lots of judges, lawyers and attorneys. I began as a jail officer and later served as a deputy of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, serving as a patrolman, member of the dive team, member of the drug task force and investigator.
In this position, I observed Karin McGrath to be fair. Karin is also a protector of the Constitution. Both qualities required to be a good judge. Of the candidates running, I believe Karin is the one with the most courtroom experience handling criminal matters here in Kosciusko County. Karin has handled multiple jury trials at both the misdemeanor and felony levels. How can one expect to preside over jury trials without having had jury trial experience as an attorney?
Based on these observations, I believe Karin McGrath is the best candidate for the position of judge of the Kosciusko Superior Court 3.
