Having followed Kosciusko County government for more than 30 years, I feel Travis J. McConnell is well qualified to help lead it and all of us into the unchartered waters of the future.
It is time to have someone who will listen to ALL the citizens of Kosciusko County, not just the ones that vote the “correct” way, live in Warsaw or Winona Lake or are monied interests. I am sure Travis is the man for the fresh start Kosciusko County needs.
