SILVER LAKE – Dyrs N. Owens, 87, Silver Lake, died at 10:51 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
He was born April 26, 1931, in Salyersville, Ky., to Warnie and Susan Wireman Owens. He was married to Eva D. Brown, who preceeded him on Nov. 8, 1986. He married Eva Adams on Nov. 22, 2011. She survives.
A calling will be from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24 at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester. Another calling will be held one hour prior to the funeral at 10 a.m. at Congregational Christian Church, 310 Walnut St., North Manchester. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake.
