NAPPANEE - Donald Swartzlander , 48, of 1701 Northwood Drive, Nappanee, died at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 28, 2011, in her residence, after a long illness.
He was born May 2, 1962, in Elkhart, to Donald L. and Joy Laman Swartzlander.
He was a lifetime Nappanee resident and a 1980 NorthWood High School graduate. He was a truck driver and formerly worked at Coppes Kitchens and Fairmont Homes.
Surviving are two sons, Dustin Lee Swartzlander, Cromwell, and Donald Lee Swartzlander II, Nappanee; and two granddaughters.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Union Grove Brethren In Christ Church, Nappanee.
