Donald Ditton Sr., 57, Warsaw, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, in his residence.
He was born on July 6, 1961, to Jerry Hyde and Edith Ditton in Kalamazoo, Mich. He was united in marriage to Beulah Bryant in Warsaw.
He was a lifetime resident of Warsaw. He worked for Country Wood Products, Nappanee, as a cabinet maker. He was a member of the NRA.
He is survived by his wife, Beulah Ditton, Warsaw; daughters: Kelli (spouse Matt) Michael, Silver Lake; and Jackie (spouse Jason) Atkinson and Rachel Fields, both of Mooreland; father, Jerry Hyde, North Webster; siblings: Jerry (spouse Kim) Hyde Jr., Syracuse; David Hyde, Warsaw; Terry (spouse Early) Hyde, Warsaw; and Annette Hyde, North Webster; and grandchildren: Andrew Ditton; Alexis and Mathew Michael; Brittany (spouse Dalton) Armstrong; Micheal, Corbin and Hayden Losey; Kaylee Atkinson; Derek Sizemore; and Destany Fields.
He was preceded in death by a son, Donald Ditton Jr.; his mother, Edith Ditton, in 2011; and a brother, Robert Ditton, in 2010.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastor Mike Beezley will officiate. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
