Why is it that, just about every time a terrible incident involving injury or death to a black person occurs, a specific segment of people take to the streets, and violence, mayhem and ignorance are foisted upon innocent people and communities which had nothing to do with the original incident which sparked the madness in the first place?
The so-called "police officer" whose actions caused the death of this man has been fired, faces a trial and, if convicted, faces time in prison. Why is this not enough for people?
However, the people behind these violent incidents do not care a lick about George Floyd. They only see an opportunity to destroy, riot, steal and Heaven only knows whatever other sorts of chaos their ignorant souls can think of.
It makes me angry that innocent police officers, and civilians, then become the targets of gutless coward punks, who do not give a spit about Mr. Floyd! All they do is use incidents such as this as an excuse to attack anyone they want, and these jerks don't give a darn about the consequences for their actions.
Word of advice to police, prosecutors and judges: Make certain that there are consequences for the vicious crimes these pieces of human trash commit!
No one with any sense wants to see "martial law" enacted, anywhere in this country! If people truly want to live in freedom, act like it! Stop "following the crowd" in doing evil!
