Diana Kay Reinhart, age 76, of Fayetteville, Ark., and formerly of Pierceton, passed away at 4:27 p.m. Feb. 13, 2019, in North Hills Rehabilitation of Fayetteville.

She was born Aug. 22, 1942, in Warsaw to Howard and Eleanor Tenney Gates.

A longtime Pierceton resident, she was united in marriage to David Reinhart in 1972 and celebrated 46 years of marriage.

She received her master’s degree in elementary education from Ball State University and served Pierceton Elementary School as a teacher.

Survivors include her husband, David Reinhart of Fayetteville; a stepdaughter, Sandra (spouse Leon) Smith of Prairie Grove, Ark.; a stepson, Bruce (spouse Tanya) Reinhart of Warsaw; a sister, Teresa Steffen of Pierceton; brothers: Philip (spouse Sybil) Gates of Warsaw, Curt (spouse Linda) Gates of Wolf Lake and Chris (spouse Connie) Gates of Warsaw; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
