SYRACUSE – The Kosciusko County Democratic Dinner will be Sept. 24 at South Shore Golf Club. Cocktails will be at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6:30 p.m. The featured speaker will be former congresswoman Jill Long, who also served as former under secretary of Agriculture for Rural Development. Also expected to attend are 2nd District Congressional candidate Lynn Coleman and state house candidates Dee Moore (18th District) and Brian Smith (22nd District). Tickets are $35 per person.
