ROCHESTER - David R. Day, 48, of 529 E. 13th St., Rochester, died from injuries suffered in a single automobile accident at 4:22 p.m. Sept. 17, 2007, at CR 600 W. and Ind. 14, Pulaski County.
He was born April 26, 1959, in Rochester, to Bower "Sie" and Roseleen Robins Day. On Feb. 14, 1997, in Rochester, he married Mona L. Dennis, who died Sept. 13, 2003.
Living most of his life in the Miami and Fulton counties area, he was a North Miami High School graduate and worked at E&B Paving for 28 years. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 852, Rochester.
Surviving are daughter, Tiphany N. Day; a son, Aaron Day; his mother, Roseleen Day, Macy; a sister, Mrs. Jerry (Sianna) Deeds, Macy; and three brothers: Myron "Bud" Day, Chili; Rex Day, Dothan, Ala.; and Robin Day, Rochester. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor David Welsh officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery.
Calling is from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and one our prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
