David Byron Carr, 63, of Muncie, formerly of Warsaw, died Dec. 15, 2018, after a battle with cancer.
He was born Jan. 5, 1956, in Germany, to Charles Leon and Lisa Weckmuller Carr. He was married to Rowena Yabut on June 23, 2013. She survives.
He worked as a respiratory therapist in many hospitals, including Kosciusko Community Hospital.
Local survivors include two sisters, Diana (Jon) Heckman and Debbie (Jeff) Williams, both of Warsaw.
A celebration of his life for family is planned.
