Cynthia Sue Petersen, 72, died unexpectedly on Feb. 27, 2019, at her home in King George, Va.
She was born on Sept. 8, 1947, to Charles and Marietta Sweetheimer in Warsaw.
She graduated from Pierceton High School in 1965.
On Sept. 18, 1988, she was united in marriage to David Petersen. They made their home in Maryland prior to moving to Virginia.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, David Petersen of King George, Va.; her mother, Marietta Sweetheimer of Pierceton; brother, Bruce Sweetheimer (spouse Valerie) of Pierceton; sister, Beth Krull (spouse Hubert) of Milford; stepdaughter, Dasha Petersen, Louisiana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
