AKRON – Corabelle Mae Crippen, 97, rural Rochester, died at 11:28 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2025.
Corabelle was born May 22, 1928, in Logansport, to Elvin J. and Florence Bell Smith Kistler. On June 2, 1946, she married Charles A. Crippen; he died Feb. 21, 2008.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, with Pastor Donnie Kohls officiating. Interment will take place following the service in the Richland Center Cemetery, northwest of Rochester, next to her husband.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron.
Memorials may be made to Gideon’s International and Bethlehem Baptist Church.
