ROCHESTER – Cora LaVeta Neely, 94, formerly of Rochester, died at 8:05 p.m. Sept. 6, 2011, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Logansport, where she resided.

She was born Aug. 4, 1917, in Logansport, to Morton Colfax and Lydia Sears Benefiel. On March 25, 1937, she married Paul W. Baker, who died in June 1943. On May 5, 1951, she married Judson H. Price, who died Oct. 20, 1962. On Aug. 1, 1971, she married Raymond K. Neely, who died March 8, 2002.

She was a homemaker and attended First Assembly of God Church, Logansport.

Surviving are two daughters, Sue K. (and spouse Tim)  McFarland, Rochester, and Martha Ellen (and spouse Tim) Rolland, Valrico, Fla.; four sons: Gene (and spouse Teena) Baker and Larry (and spouse Reba) Baker, all of Logansport, Jerry (and spouse Gladys) Baker, Cleveland, Tenn.; and Michael R. Price, Anna, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and three great-great- grandchild. She was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Michael McFarland officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Lucerne.

Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to service Saturday at the funeral home.
