We write this letter to strongly express our support for the election of Karin McGrath as our county’s next Superior Court 3 judge. We have known Karin and her spouse for many years as both of our families had children in competitive swimming. We have always admired Karin for her intellect, character, strong standards, kindness and humility.
Megan once asked Karin who she sees as her personal hero and role model. Without hesitating, Karin responded that it is her own mother. She said her mother gave her family a love of knowledge, unwavering values, a strong faith and a heart for service. We believe that these are exactly the kinds of intangible qualities that we need in those leading our judicial system.
In a world where many are focused on their own well being and accumulation of power, Karin stands out as a true servant leader in her field, always putting the well-being and growth of people and the community at the forefront.
We are confident that Karin McGrath will strengthen Superior Court 3 and enrich our community, and we encourage everyone to vote for her for judge on June 2.
