Editor, Times-Union:
When I was a fifth-grade teacher, I was fortunate to have Tony Ciriello as a DARE officer in my classroom for several years. He was one of the best. Not only was he very informative about drugs and the negative consequences, he was also a very caring, loving and patient DARE officer with all my students. I had many students tell me how much they enjoyed DARE with Officer Ciriello and they wish he could spend the whole year with us!
Tony Ciriello treats everyone with respect. He is an honest and a fair man. I am not only confident in supporting him, but proud as well. I know Tony to be very reliable and he would be willing to put the many long hours needed to be a successful sheriff.
I firmly believe Tony Ciriello is the best candidate for the job.
