COLUMBIA CITY - Cheryl M. Carroll, 36, of Columbia City, died at 1:43 a.m. Oct. 23, 2007, in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Jan. 18, 1971, in Bluffton, to William J. and Bonnie L. Stout Brown. On July 7, 2006, she married John D. Carroll, who survives.
She worked at Zimmer, Warsaw.
Also surviving are two children; two stepdaughters; her parents; two brothers; a half brother; a stepsister; and a stepbrother. She was preceded in death by two daughters.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery.
Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
