NORTH MANCHESTER – Charlie Skeens, 71, North Manchester, died at 9:10 a.m. Dec. 4, 2013, at his residence. He was born Dec. 4, 1942, in Logan County, W.Va., to Roy Frank and Sadie Mullett Skeens. On Oct. 17, 1964, he married Mary Lou Morris, who survives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating.
