NORTH MANCHESTER – Charles E. Flora, 95, North Manchester, died at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 19, 2015, in St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Jan. 11, 1920, in Mennomonie, Wis., to Abraham Flora and Clara M. Metzger. On May 17, 1941, he married Ruth E. Karn, who died July 26, 2007. Services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at North Manchester Old German Baptist Brethren Church, with Home Brethren officiating. Burial is in Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, North Manchester.
