My father tracked them as far he could, but lost their tracks.
The next day one of the dogs showed up at the local pound, but Champy, a beautiful warm-hearted German shepherd still has yet to be found. This dog was more a part of the family than many people's actual family. There are portraits of him in the house. There are probably about 500 pictures of him on the computer. He was a guest at my wedding, and spoiled more than I think I ever have been. He ran off out by Chapman Lake and did have a tag on his collar with his vet information.
We have been hoping that someone would turn him over, but so far we've heard nothing. I ask that if you did find him, or maybe even just saw him, that you could contact the pound. We still look for him everywhere we go and we love him dearly.
I know that it may be tempting to keep him because he is just gorgeous, but I know that wherever he is, he is missing home. The other dog that was found is just a mess without his brother. He is having a lot of trouble and we just want him home. It's like we've lost family.
Please, if you have any info, call the pound. They know that we are looking for him. Please help us bring Champ home.
