Catherine “Cathy” Jo Cook, 63, Rochester, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the Center for Hospice Care in South Bend.
She was born Oct. 8, 1954, at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Wash., to Howard Dean and Carolyn Sue Boehme Cook.
Left to cherish the memory of Cathy are her parents; sisters, Chris Cook, Pierceton, and Cindy Denny, Rochester; and brothers: Bob Cook, Bill Cook, Dean Cook and David Rigney, all of Rochester. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and her faithful dog, Khandi.
Per her wishes, there will be no services.
Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
