WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) announced he will speak to the Kosciusko Kiwanis on Thursday and hold a town hall meeting in Warsaw on Friday.
On Thursday, Banks will speak to the Kosciusko Kiwanis from noon to 1 p.m. at the Shrine Building at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, 1400 E. Smith St., Warsaw.
On Friday, from 9 to 10 a.m., residents of Indiana’s 3rd Congressional District will have the chance to meet and talk with Banks during an event at the Warsaw Community Public Library, 310 E. Main St., Warsaw.
