Editor, Times-Union: Boys and girls its class time. The old adage "Choose guns or butter, the choice is yours". You chose guns and now you don't get butter, i.e., roads, schools, bridges. One jet fighter cost could repave most of the side roads in Northern Indiana if not the state. Oh, I forgot, all the butter went into foreign aid, Wall street and the Military industrial war machine.
