ATF Investigates Firearms Violations Near Manchester

NORTH MANCHESTER – Agents from the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were conducting an investigation Thursday morning on Ind. 13, south of North Manchester. Scott McCart, supervisor of the Fort Wayne ATF field office, said Thursday afternoon that his agency does not comment on ongoing investigations. But McCart was able to confirm that an investigation regarding firearms was being conducted at 11173 Ind. 13, North Manchester. According to Wabash County property records, the property is owned by Timothy Lee Burkett, who lists his address as a post office box in Fort Wayne.
