My name is Brandon Rocha. I would like to sincerely apologize to Lester Conley for my part in a bill of sale for a golf cart that ended up being stolen.
This situation and event where I take full responsibility for my actions and I realize that it was my responsibility to know the background of where the golf cart came from. I realize that "not knowing" is not an excuse for my actions. I will in the future make sure to make responsible decisions.
I would like to also take the time to not only apologize to Mr. Conley but also apologize to the community as a whole for my part in this situation.
