This is a letter written to Officer Mangum and the Warsaw Police Department. I would like to apologize to Officer Mangum for my despicable behavior that night. I’m not an angry person unless I’m under the influence of alcohol.
Since that night and other nights like it, plus my deteriorating health, I have realized that I had a problem with alcohol. I went for treatment and am feeling better. Just to let you (Officer Mangum) and all officers know, I support you and am grateful to you guys.
