I am writing this letter to Officers Denton and Popenfoose of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
My name is Joseph Doty, and I apologize for my actions that caused me to resist law enforcement. Mistakes were made that should not have been made, and I hope never happen again. I will endeavor never to get myself into that situation again.
