I want to correct the mask article in the Times-Union on Thursday, May 14. It left out the name of the key person that made the masks.
Edna Thomas has made over 550 masks to date and should be recognized for her heartfelt effort day in and day out to get these masks made for our medical staff, first responders and the heroes that service our community every day. Her friend Susan Hyden assisted Edna, and I have only delivered them throughout Warsaw.
If you are one of those that received her masks and would like to thank her, email edna3227@yahoo.com.
Please print this correction.

Editor’s Note: The names were provided by the mayor, but our apologies for the omission.
